Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. Taxes vary by country (we collect VAT/GST where required). Optional add-ons like a dedicated IP are clearly priced on this page. We don't charge setup fees, cancellation fees, or "surge pricing" for traffic spikes on shared and WordPress plans.
What's the catch with the 78% off promo?
No catch — but here's the truth most hosts hide: the promo applies to the first billing cycle. After that, you renew at our standard rate, which is roughly 25–30% above the promo. Compared to competitors who renew at 4–5× the promo, that's a far gentler curve. We publish all renewal prices at checkout, before you commit.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade anytime, instantly, with prorated billing. Downgrades happen at the next renewal so we don't have to migrate your data twice. Switching between Web, WordPress, and Cloud plans is also supported, with our team handling the migration for you.
Do you offer monthly billing?
